 The developer documentation page for the
 [wp_title()]https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_title/
 function is failing to render its main content. The content area is
 completely empty. While a sidebar with information is visible, all its
 elements are static and not clickable, preventing any navigation. This
 could be a page parsing or rendering issue.
