Comment:

When the queue is lower than 10 days the message shows:
 > Please wait at least 7 business days before asking for an update status
 from [plugin's team email]

The team has noticed an increase in plugin authors asking for status
updates when the queue is low. Most of the times, this happens either
before a 7 **natural** day waiting period has elapsed or as soon as 7
 **natural** days have passed.

I suppose the wording of the message encourages plugin authors to ask for
a status update and it also sets a confusing expectation as some doesn't
seem to understand what 7 **business** days means.

This creates the need to deal with unproductive emails because,
essentially, the plugin is still in the queue and the team has to check
and reply saying that it's in the queue. Also sometimes needing to explain
what **business** days means vs natural days.

I'm increasing the priority of this ticket to reduce email management time
and set more accurate expectations for plugin authors.
