 When logged into WordPress.org and visiting events.wordpress.org, the WP
 Admin Bar overlaps the page header, affecting visibility. This issue
 occurs only on this page, while on other WordPress.org pages, the WP Admin
 Bar is correctly positioned at the top, and the header remains properly
 viewable.[[Image()]]
