 Hello,

 Once uploaded, the photo's alternative text can't be edited.
 For example, @audrasjb contributed with
 https://wordpress.org/photos/photo/88166f6dc5/ but made a mistake on the
 name which is "Couvent des Jacobins" instead of "Couvent des Capucins".

 I think it would be great to allow the "owner" of the photo to edit the
 alternative text.
