 Thanks for the suggestions @Cybr.

 I’ve been working for the last couple of months on determining the
 feasibility of essentially all of those things (and a few more). Matt
 personally asked me to look into compatibility indicators for plugins, so
 that’s where I’ve focused my attention.

 The primary blocker is DB load: our stats databases were never really
 designed for querying these kinds of details, and we need to make
 significant changes in order to be able to do this in production. That
 will probably involve schema changes, code changes, and server changes.

 In the meantime, I do have some PoC code to generate the kinds of
 compatibility indicators I plan to propose. With your permission I can use
 one of your plugins to generate some screenshots and post them here as an
 example. It's pretty basic stuff given the current DB constraints, my
 intent is to get early feedback.
