 A little of background info:

 Before creating https://wordpress.org/documentation/, we had ready:

 *the sitemap to create the categories/subcategories
 https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-documentation-2022/issues/4
 *the design mockups (we will use the new theme as it is already in the ES
 Rosetta site)https://es.wordpress.org/support/

 The French and the Japanese sites do not have the new theme yet

 What other requirements do we need?
