 It would be a nice way to acknowledge badge recipients if we had a
 simple/short announcement/celebration in Slack when they are awarded the
 badge.

 Something like "🎉 Congratulations @username on receiving the [type of
 badge] badge!"

 I expect we'd need a way to relate each badge to the correct Slack
 channel.
