Comment:

 I'd personally like to ditch the different names, but that's not popular
 with many plugin authors for an obvious reason - #6106

 Adding this field if there's no movement on the above makes sense though
 to me, but I feel like the underlying reason for this request is a reason
 why the above needs to move forward.
