 Teams from Spanish (Spain), French and Japanese languages are working on
 the translation for wp.org/documentation/ and would like to have the same
 page added to their sites.

 As of now, the workflow is not making sense.

 The menu says:

 * Soporte (support)
    - Documentacion (documentation) - links to a support page with links to
 the forums and the global documentation page
    - Foros (forums)


 The French and the Japanese sites have the same situation but both sites
 still need the new theme.
