 Based on the work from @dd32, I've toggled on experimental filters behind
 a 'show_filters' query variable in r13692 for non-search views.

 There are still things to sort out, which include but not limited to:
 - How do we sort search results?
 - What should be the sort values?
 - What categories are most relevant?
 - ...
