Those who use the title for keyword stuffing will continue to do so,
whether they have 30 or 150 characters available in the title. That's why
I think setting a character limit is a good idea.
It's also true that the new, wider plugin directory design may alleviate
the feeling of extremely long and overloaded titles.
Limiting the characters in the title is not synonymous with reducing the
discoverability of content, otherwise there would be no ASO in apps
directories.
