Comment:

 This issue that warranted this ticket's reopening has been resolved (the
 broken "Documentation" link has been removed, as has the entire
 "Documentation" section of that page).

 As for the follow-up report, yes the "Getting Started" page does link out
 to the "Contribute with Documentation" and "Contribute with Testing"
 pages. While it is unfortunate that those pages still have no meaningful
 content, I don't think that's inherently a bug. The pages could be
 unpublished and the links removed, but I think having the pages as
 placeholders at least indicates those types of contributions are a
 possibility.
