 In the Documentation section of the WordPress Meta Handbook, there's a
 hyperlink labeled "documentation."
 https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/

 However, when attempting to access it, users are redirected to the page
 https://make.wordpress.org/meta/handbook/documentation/, where a "Page Not
 Found" error is displayed.
