 I didn't find Make Handbooks at GitHub, so, it looks there are no easy way
 to raise ticket and make PR with proposed changes. Tickets in Trac are
 much less convenient and transparent.

 I propose to move all handbooks to GitHub and add at the bottom of each
 page a link to the source code, with a note that "if you want to propose
 change to this page, please, create a PR".
