 The Plugin Handbook suggests to leverage `changelog.txt` for longer
 changelogs:[https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-org/how-
 your-readme-txt-works/#file-size].

 Adding that automatically (if present in the plugin) for all changelogs
 would be beneficial.
