 A language suggestion banner has been added in
 [https://make.wordpress.org/meta/2024/06/19/the-theme-directory-gets-a
 -refresh-and-is-now-powered-by-blocks/ the newly refreshed Theme
 Directory]. You can see it on archive pages (a general suggestion) and
 single themes (showing the availability of that theme).

 There are also some [https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-mu-
 plugins/issues/629 general design & effectiveness questions about these
 banners across the w.org network] that folks here might have opinions on
 :)
