Comment:

 I think the only place that currently uses that value is the Requirements
 page, I can't find the string `10.4` anywhere else that's used as a
 version number.

 Fixed in the theme via https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-
 main-2022/commit/ac6295d73fbc3622738c8bcadfcceb37579f8787
