 Following up on the [https://make.wordpress.org/themes/2024/05/20
 /proposal-changes-to-the-themes-team/ proposal published to Make Themes in
 May 2024], the `#themereview` channel should be renamed `#themes`.

 I have the ability to change the channel name, but did not want to break
 any Trac/Meta integrations until any necessary changes can be made.
