 Hi folks, just trying to get clarity on this again. What should be shown
 at the `/browse/block-themes/` URL? It needs to filter the theme list by
 some criteria, like "Popular" shows themes updated in the last two years
 by download count; and "Commercial" shows things with the "commercial"
 business model (taxonomy term).

 So what should the "Block Themes" filter show?
