 exists to track the guidelines

 The meta trac should be for the code part of things. The guidelines are a
 page, and currently copy/pasta'd from that repo.

 I would start by suggesting an update to 7 for prohibited examples to add:
 "Default checking opt-in boxes for non-required features"
