 I would like to see those who translate strings for the first time be
 featured at the top of the list.

 Perhaps it is GTE and other regulars who translate a lot (as do I). Of
 course they are important, but I think translation is easier to contribute
 than the core. We should greatly praise first-time translators and
 motivate them to contribute in the future.
