 The State of the Word logo on the top of the https://wordpress.org/ home
 page is linked but does not have alternative text. The image either needs
 to be unlinked, or alternative text should be added to the image
 indicating where the link goes.

 In its current state, this results in an empty link for screen reader
 users.
