 On wordpress.org's Japanese site, I noticed that the display of the pages
 under the `support` directory changes greatly depending on whether the
 user is logged in or not.

 Using https://ja.wordpress.org/support/view/all-topics/ as an example,
 when a user is logged in, the following problem occurs.

 - Much of the page is not translated
 - Some links change to wordpress.org instead of ja.wordpress.org
 - The updated date and time of the forum are displayed as "sometime ago"
 and the correct updated date and time are not displayed.
