 Why is this closed? It is a major issue!

 Just for info, a ISP customer should never have less than /64
 Most of the time you should even be assigned one /64 + /56.

 Some countries does change IP every 24h

 So filtering on /64 will never hit worse than a legacy IPv4 /32
