 This was recently brought up in Gutenberg in
 [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/66027 this ticket]. There's
 a related issue that prevents some aspect ratio strings from being
 translatable but that's separate from meta and it's been addressed at
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/66675 that will have a
 wordpress-develop PR soon.
