 Having an ID attached to the Advanced Options heading would be very useful
 for linking directly to the "Advanced Options" section of the plugin page.

 A useful enhancement to allow plugin developers to more easily direct
 users on how to downgrade to a previous version if required, while
 maintaining the credibility of being the public wordpress.org page for
 that plugin.
