 1. If we do this, it should include both major and minor releases for when
 minor releases are announced in advance.

 2. I like the idea of re-using make/meetings for this rather than re-
 inventing the wheel.

 3. What about adding the ability to have a meeting take place all day?

 If we do this, I think the documentation pages that would need to be
 updated so that new events are added for each release are
