 Based on the Slack message and screenshot you shared, it seems like you
 are experiencing an issue where the editor is rendering twice when
 replying to a support topic on an iPhone 12. Here are a few suggestions to
 troubleshoot this:
 Try force quitting the app and relaunching it. On an iPhone 12, swipe up
 from the bottom to the middle of the screen and pause to open the App
 Switcher. Swipe left or right to find the app. Swipe up on the app's
 preview to close it.

 1. Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Go to
 **Settings > General > Software Update** to check for any available
 updates.

 2. If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Press
 and hold the app icon on the Home Screen, tap Remove App, then tap Delete
 App. Then reinstall it from the App Store.

 3. As a workaround, you could try composing your reply in the Notes app,
 then copying and pasting it into the support topic reply field. This would
