Comment:

 This was partially fixed via [13548].

 I suspect there's still an issue in that the Review Editor loads the old
 review in the Block Editor which doesn't work perfectly.

 It's likely we'll cease allowing edits of old reviews in favour of new
 reviews though; See #7595

 This is likely closable.
