 As reported and shown at https://wordpress.org/support/topic/issue-with-
 underline-rendering-in-forum/ when you underline your text, it just
 appears as the raw span tag.

 In a previous version of the forums, we had removed the ability to
 underline text, as it could be confused for a link by colorblind folks.

 Personally, I recommend just removing it for that reason, but of course up
 to you folks. :)
