 Common things Team Reps need:
 1. Access to their team P2 and the onboarding plugin management
 2. Permissions for team GitHub repo
 3. Slack ping permissions for one or several channels.
 4. Access to manage events on Make.WordPress.org/meetings
 5. Access to editorial role on Make.WordPress.org/updates (to review other
 team rep posts and/or revise as needed)
 6. Pointed at procedures for issuing team badges.
