 I think we need to get some user opinions from people with disabilities on
 whether it's OK to only provide the block editor. @alexstine, do you have
 opinions on the state of the block editor in the support forums at this
 point?

 I know there are still some problems, such as it being impossible to add
 `alt` text using the block editor in the forums, which is important for
 many users.
