 Let's add a checkbox to the "Add Support Rep" form to have the plugin
 author that the person they are adding is aware of the Forum Guidelines.

 I realize people tend to ignore checkboxes but having one there would be
 importante for two reasons:

 - Support Reps are sometimes full time employees and can lose their
 livelihood due to a mistake. This checkbox will make it less likely they
 will learn the hard way.
 - If a support rep gets modwatched or banned for breaking the guidelines,
 moderators will be able to point out that they had explicitly accepted
 those guidelines.
