 @flexseth That's deserving of a dedicated ticket, to boost users
 favourited plugins in results. It's very much unrelated to this ticket
 overall.

 I'll note however, that you searching from within a WordPress dashboard,
 the search algorithm has no knowledge of who you are, The favourites view
 exists for finding your favourited plugins.
