 Often we end up with tickets like #7562 asking for a team rep to be
 granted access that it's expected they have, but it was never granted.

 It would be helpful if we had an official list of team reps stored
 somewhere, that granted access.

 The official list is available below, but being listed here doesn't grant
 any access:
 https://make.wordpress.org/updates/team-reps/

 As an example [https://make.wordpress.org/marketing/handbook/getting-
 involved/teamrep-handover/ this handbook for marketing] lists a few things
 like "Request Meta grant access" which could really be done automatically.
