 I don't love the long translations; but there wasn't a huge intersection
 between sentences in the content at the time.

 Personally, I would like to change all of the rejection messages to the
 following format:

 {{{
 Plugin has been rejected text, generic for all rejections.

 {SPECIFIC SINGLE PARAGRAPH REASON}

 {LINK TO DETAILED HANDBOOK PAGE FOR REASON}

 Plugin rejection suffix
 }}}

 Then have a set of 1-2 sentence paragraphs that is inserted based on the
 reason. The link would let the public plugins handbook have much more
 detailed and updated rejection reasons, and paths forward.
