 The animation on the favorite link does not respect `prefers-reduced-
 animation` flags.

 Additionally, the animation is the only significant indicator that the
 favorite control is focused/hovered. (There is a faint dotted outline, but
 it fails contrast guidelines, so it doesn't count, anyway.)

 I'll also note that the speed of the favorite animation is really off-
 putting, personally - it's way too fast, and is a bit dizzying.
