 Links in the body content of the description should be underlined.
 Currently, the only distinguishing feature between linked and unlinked
 text is color.

 This violates WCAG 1.4.1 due to the dependency on color to identify links,
 WCAG 1.4.3 due to the insufficient contrast between the links and
 neighboring text.

 The theme directory requires themes to have underlined text in body
 content, and our own sites should follow the same requirements.
