 I've reinstated the original colors as the new theme doesn't have enough
 variety and it limits the change in experience.

 I haven't added back the border yet. I think it should be up for
 discussion.

 Personally, I find it distracts from the back-and-forth dialogue that is
 happening and seems like a feature for moderators and not for end users.
 If it were to only highlight when a response was considered the best
 response or represent the most important information in the topic thread I
 would understand its importance but many times the moderator or
 plugin/theme support entries are follow-up questions. I may be missing the
 use case though. Please advise.
