 `#github-prs ul.pull-requests` has a max-width of 56em, but the parent
 `#content.ticket` has a max-width of 58em. The max-width on `.pull-
 requests` is unnecessary, and leaves the container with a width slightly
 less than any of the other elements on the page.

 It's just a little annoying. ;)
