Comment:

 I edited the Project (ID) field and it is in the right place now.
 For future reference:

 1. Open the wrong set
 2. Click "edit" next to the "Project name: locale name" e.g., `Translation
 of Development: Wrong set (edit)`
 3. On another window, open the edit screen for the correctly located
 translation set
 4. Copy the number of the`Project (ID)`
 5. Paste into the same field for the wrong set.

 (I haven't changed the set title & haven't created release note set, only
 updated the ID – for the sake of clarity)
