 At the moment, some video titles are cut off after 100 characters. The
 limitation is already in place.

 However, this limitation is not mentioned on the Submit video page
 (https://wordpress.tv/submit-video/)

 Simple change -

 For the "Video title" input, change to "Video title (100 chars. max)"
