#7300: Plugin Directory shows broken links to pagination above the limit

 It seems like we limit search results in the plugin directory to 50 pages,
 but we still show links to the 51st page. Clicking on those will redirect
 you to the homepage without an explanation.

 For example, https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/map/ shows a `51` link,
 and  https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/map/page/50/ shows `51` and
 `Next` links.

 When the number of pages is under the limit, like
 https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/okta/, then everything works as
 expected.
