     A readme tag "has-preview" should be enough there to enable such a
 button.

     A lot of plugins are extensions of other plugins so they won't work
 out of the box.

     Yep, and with a "plugin.json", you can define the configuration of
 such so installation wizards and similar are skipped (at least for other
 plugins).
