 I'm here to echo what others have said. This needs to be opt-in.
 I think there's been some great points made about this. One that I think
 might have been missed is that some plugins require some effort to setup,
 and just don't work well without those instructions.
 Once you click Preview, you no longer have access to the Description or
 Installation information.

 And for something like Blocks, and Block templates, a user may have
 absolutely no idea where to go. For my Copyright Footer
 [https://wordpress.org/plugins/copyright-footer/] the user has to know to
 go from: Plugins page -> Appearance -> Editor -> Patterns -> Footer ->
 Then click on the Footer... then finally search for and add the Copyright
 Footer block and customize it.
 This ask is already too much for the average WordPress user outside the
 Preview. But with it, there's absolutely no way this is an enhancement.
 And it doesn't "market" the plugin any better.

 In addition, there's some really weird quirks with how the block is being
 output. It's missing placeholder text, the justify-contents: space-
 between; isn't being honored... It looks terrible.

 Needs work. Needs to be Opt-in.
