 This seems to be a bug in the PHPDoc parser: https://github.com/WordPress
 /phpdoc-parser as the `Default '....'.` isn't being removed from the end
 of the description when it extracted it into the parameters default field.

 I think I've seen this reported before somewhere, but I couldn't find an
 issue for it.

 Sidenote: The developer environment can be run locally with
 https://github.com/WordPress/wporg-developer
