 @mrfoxtalbot -- thanks for bringing this back up. I'm still a strong
 believer that some minimal effort could bring very positive results for
 the quality of first posts added in the support forum.

 I see that the "blocks-everywhere" issue you raised has already been
 closed. The idea of replacing the default prompt in the block editor
 sounds interesting and could be helpful. I wonder though if pre-defined
 blocks within the editor would be even better or possible?

 Something like this:
