 localisation would likely be achieved through a language switcher similar
 to what's on Learn.

 Without knowing a word English, you can still contribute to support in
 your own language, organize meetups, perform training events, etc.
 This means that localization would probably need to offer more flexibility
 than just translation.

 Or we could have some limited hints about "Contributing in your own
 language", linking to the Rosetta site for your language. Then it would be
 up to the local community to hook into this. (Which probably Japanese,
 Spanish, and some other languages gladly will do.)
