 == How to reproduce?

 Visit any WordPress user profile from a mobile device or from your web
 browser's inspector.

 Click the menu hamburger or search icon and you will see the global header
 disappear, the screen freezes and you can't do anything.

 You can only click on links or interactive elements on the visible screen.
