Comment:

Hi @mohanrajp: Judging by your activity, you seem to be referencing two
 contributions:

 1. A WordPress plugin.

Seems you are the author of [https://wordpress.org/plugins/block-editor-
emoji/ Block Editor Emoji]. In addition to not having the Plugin Developer
badge, the plugin doesn't appear as a plugin associated with your profile.
That's because in the plugin's README.md you did not supply the proper
 value for the [https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/block-editor-
emoji/trunk/README.md#L3 "Contributors:" field]. You need to provide your
WordPress.org username (mohanrajp), not your full name. See
https://wordpress.org/plugins/readme.txt. Once that is corrected (in at
least the version of the file in the latest stable tag), you'll get the
badge and you'll have the plugin listed in your profile.

 2. Contributions to Gutenberg.

Contributions to Gutenberg will only count towards the Core Contributor
badge after those changes have been merged into WordPress core and then a
new version of WP released with those changes. Your merged contribution
seems recent enough that it likely hasn't been merged into WP just yet. I
would imagine it might get into WP 6.3? (I don't know the Gutenberg merge
 schedule, though.)
